DELTA B.C.-Police in Delta, B.C., say four pedestrians have been struck by a vehicle in what appears to have been a medical incident. They say it happened on Tsawwassen First Nation land, where the incident has prompted the nation to end its event marking the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
