Two First Nations elders killed in B.C. mall crash, Prime Minister Carney says

By Darryl Greer Prime Minister Mark Carney says the Tsawwassen First Nation in Delta, B.C., has lost two beloved elders in a crash at a shopping centre, which police have said appears to have been set off by a medical emergency. Carney said it was “devastating” to lose the members in an accident on a day already so heavy with grief. “My thoughts are with the loved ones of those who died, those who were injured, and the entire community who are in grief and shock,” he said on social media.
