But it won’t be with the Six Nations Chiefs, the three-time defending Mann Cup champs. That’s because Martin, who was part of the Chiefs’ 2024 and ’25 Canadian Senior A winning squads, has decided to leave the Six Nations organization and sign with the Akwesasne Bucks. The Bucks, a Senior B squad, compete in the four-team Three Nations Senior Lacrosse League. The circuit also includes the Ottawa-based Capital Region Axemen, Kahnawake Mohawks and the Snake Island Muskies, who captured the Presidents Cup, the national Senior B title, last August.
