Climate change, health care, fisheries, and Indigenous identity among major concerns and plans for NCC in 2024: President Todd

In an interview with Saltwire, Russell discussed his biggest concerns and plans for the coming year. Russell says his biggest concern is climate change, and he is already thinking of ways to address issues that will arise.
