Ontario election: Here’s what the main parties are promising on five key issues

HEALTH CARE Progressive Conservatives:   — Spend $1.8 billion over four years to connect two million more people to primary care. — Spend $88 million to expand the Learn and Stay grant to provide free tuition for medical students who practice family medicine in a community for at least five years.
