Haldimand/Norfolk Counties- An Alberta resident is facing charges after the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) West Region Highway Safety Division (HSD), Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) Team and the Ministry of Finance launched a joint forces’ operation on Thursday, October 10, 2024, in Haldimand and Norfolk Counties seizing 3.6 million unstamped cigarettes.
