In November. 2023, a Turtle Island News exclusive article detailed an Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care report that surfaced with allegations not only of a staff member sexually abusing a resident at the Iroquois Lodge and Nursing Home (ILNH) but Six Nations Police were never notified.
