First Nations ‘systematically ignored’ by Quebec government on nation-to-nation relationships

Picard, who is taking part in the public consultations for Bill 69, said Thursday that the energy development bill is an ideal opportunity for the Legault government to demonstrate that it truly understands the concept of nation-to-nation relationships.
