Six Nations cannabis meeting raises questions, tempers and interest

By Tara Lindemann Writer The growing and controversial cannabis industry at Six Nations is raising not only some tempers, but   turned a sometime heated public meeting at the Six Nations community hall last week into a learning session and love in for the industry. The meeting, organized by Rhonda Martin, a local woman concerned over the rapid growth of the local cannabis industry, focused in on a massive cannabis grow operation on Fourth Line on the outskirts of Ohsweken. The operation has raised the ire of its neighbours who found the operation growing up almost in their backyards.
