‘Give us closure’: Hit-and-run victim’s father pleads for answers two years later

Loni’s death is believed to be the result of a hit-and-run on Jaban Road in Moose Factory in the early hours of Nov. 7, 2023. The case remains unsolved. The James Bay OPP is leading the ongoing investigation, and no charges have been laid.
