Assembly of First Nations (AFN) Manitoba Regional Chief Kevin Hart and Elder Francois Paulette of the Dene Nation are participating in the 22nd Conference of the Parties (COP22) on the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
