November 16, 2016 AFN at UN Climate Change Conference to Ensure First Nations Involvement in International Action on Climate Change  (Marrakech, Morocco)? Assembly of First Nations (AFN) Manitoba Regional Chief Kevin Hart and Elder Francois Paulette of the Dene Nation are participating in the 22nd Conference of the Parties (COP22) on the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
